Ingredients

  • 100 g sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

    Rinse the tomatoes with boiling water and let them soak for about 2 hours.

    Drain and roughly chop. Combine with pine nuts, peeled garlic cloves, and Parmesan in a blender. Pulse briefly, then slowly add olive oil and blend until a creamy pesto forms. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
