Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 24 ice cubes
- sugar (to taste)
- 1 untreated lemon
Instructions
-
1.
Add the hibiscus flowers to a teapot using a tea strainer and pour 750 ml boiling water over them. Steep for 10 minutes. Then strain into a jug and add half of the ice cubes so the tea cools faster while keeping its beautiful color. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Let it chill completely in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

2.
Fill glasses with the remaining ice cubes. Wash the lemon hot, dry grate it, and cut into halves. Slice four thin wedges and add them to the glasses. Squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon halves, pour over the tea, stir, and serve on top of the ice in the glasses.
