- 700 g red cabbage (small head)
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- pepper (ground)
- 100 g unsalted peanut kernels
- 50 g candied orange strips

Quarter the cabbage, remove the core and finely shred. Mix with 2 tbsp vinegar and combine well; let rest for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Peel, quarter, core, and chop the apple into pieces.

Whisk together lemon juice, orange juice, cumin, pepper, and oil to make a dressing. Rinse the cabbage under lukewarm water, squeeze out excess liquid, then toss with the dressing, apple pieces, and peanuts. Garnish with candied orange strips before serving.
