Ingredients

  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 4 EL apple cider vinegar
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 8 EL chopped hazelnuts (or walnuts)

    Wash the cabbage, halve it and finely shred. Peel the shallot and dice it finely. Melt the butter in a wide pot and sauté the shallot, add the cabbage, briefly cook together with the shallot, then
