Ingredients
- 800 g crab meat
- 2 tbsp corn kernels (chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- white bread crumbs
- oil (for frying)

Finely chop the crab meat. Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onions. Combine both with corn, bell pepper, chili, and egg in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. If the batter is too soft, add a little more bread crumbs. Shape into small patties and coat them in white bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
