Ingredients
- 300 g frozen mixed berries
- 1 handful sliced strawberries
- 300 ml currant juice
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a small raspberry leaf (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk the starch with the sugar and 4 tbsp juice until smooth. Add the remaining juice and berries to a pot, bring to a boil, add the starch while stirring, bring to a second boil, then ladle the pudding into glasses that have been rinsed in cold water.

Serve warm or cold, garnished with raspberry leaves.
