Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed berries
  • 250 g cherries
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 packet of gelling agent (2+1)

Instructions

    Wash the berries and cherries. Clean strawberries, cut into small pieces. Strip currants from stems, pit cherries and remove pits. Take 2 tablespoons off the sugar amount, mix with the gelling agent and stir into the fruit. Bring to a boil over high heat while stirring. Add the remaining sugar, bring to a rolling boil again and simmer for 1 minute bubbling.
