Ingredients
- 750 g mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants)
- 250 g cherries
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 50 g sugar
- 400 ml blackcurrant juice
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cassis (or blackcurrant syrup)
- mint (for garnish)

Wash, clean, and drain the berries well. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters depending on size. Wash cherries, pit them, and drain thoroughly.

Simmer lemon juice with sugar and blackcurrant juice. Whisk in cassis liqueur to smooth the starch and bind the fruit sauce. Cook for a few minutes while stirring until thickened, remove from heat, and fold in the berries. Let cool and serve garnished with mint.
