Ingredients

  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
  • 2 tsp white tea
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Ice cubes
  • fresh mint

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and finely chop it. Boil 1 liter of water with the ginger, then let it cool slightly to about 75°C. Place the white tea in a tea strainer, hang it over a pot, pour the water over it, and steep for about 2 minutes before removing the strainer. Stir in the honey and allow to cool. Add the lemon juice, fill glasses with ice cubes, garnish with mint, and serve.
