A fresh salad featuring crisp white cabbage, bell peppers, sour apples, and juicy orange segments tossed in a low‑fat yogurt dressing. Spoonsparrow encourages you to enjoy this healthy mix of textures and flavors.

Ingredients

  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green)
  • 2 sour apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 g low‑fat yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

    Remove the core from the cabbage, wash it, and shred or julienne into fine strips. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and slice into strips. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove cores, and cut quarters into sticks. Peel the oranges thoroughly and cut out the segments; squeeze juice from the remaining pulp.

    Whisk the orange juice with the yogurt until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
