Ingredients

  • 275 g mushrooms
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cornichons
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

    Slice the well-cleaned mushrooms into very thin slices or shave them, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

    Add the finely sliced cornichons and diced tomatoes to the mushrooms.

    Whisk olive oil with the pressed garlic clove, salt, pepper, and sugar, then combine this dressing with the salad ingredients.
