Salad with Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g olives (black, with pits)
  • 1 vegetable onion
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 sheet baking paper
  • 4 sprigs Mint
  • 200 g Feta Cheese
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, rinse and dry the salad, then cut into bite‑sized pieces. Peel the onion, halve it and slice thinly.

    Wash the celery and slice thinly. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the stem and cut into wedges. Wash the mint, shake off excess water and pluck the leaves.

    Drain the olives. Drain the feta and cube it. Wash the peppers, trim, halve, seed, peel the white skin and shave into thin strips.

    Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl; mix vinaigrette ingredients in a cup, pour over the salad, stir briefly, then serve on bowls or plates with vinaigrette.
