Ingredients

  • 600 g yogurt
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 500 g fresh raspberries
  • 5 tbsp muesli (optional oat flakes or crunchy muesli)

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with the lemon zest and 2 tbsp honey. Separate the raspberries and roughly mash about half of them with the remaining honey and lemon juice.

    If desired, strain through a sieve and layer alternately with raspberries, yogurt, and muesli in glasses for serving.
