Ingredients
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 7 leaves gelatin
- 300 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml white grape juice
- 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 12 raspberries
Instructions

Peel the ginger and finely chop it. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Warm the white wine and dissolve the strained gelatin in it.

Stir in the grape juice, 200 ml water, and the syrup, then pour into four glasses just before the liquid starts to set. Add the raspberries and chopped ginger, and chill for at least 2 hours.
