Ingredients
- 80 g Amarettini (Italian almond cookies)
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream (ready-made)
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 g whipping cream
- 50 g dark couverture chocolate
- berries
- roasted almond flakes
- ice wafer (optional)
Instructions

Crush the Amaretti with a rolling pin into coarse crumbs.

Briefly simmer the raspberries with powdered sugar in a pot, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Melt the couverture chocolate over a double boiler.

First distribute half of the Amaretti onto four dessert glasses, then add one scoop of ice cream on top, spread half of the raspberries, add the remaining Amaretti and ice cream scoops, top with the rest of the raspberries, pour the whipped cream over them, and drizzle melted chocolate. Garnish with berries, almond flakes, and ice wafers if desired and serve immediately.
