Ingredients

  • 300 g dark chocolate (60%)
  • 200 ml whipping cream (30%)
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 600 g milk chocolate (30%)
  • 60 milk chocolate hollow spheres (30%)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil and gradually stir into the chocolate with a spatula, avoiding too much air incorporation. Let cool slightly.

    Pour about one‑third of the egg liqueur into each hollow sphere using a small funnel. Then fill a piping bag with the chocolate mixture and pipe it into the spheres until just below the rim. Chill for at least 2 hours.
