Ingredients

  • 8 balls vanilla ice cream (organic quality; ready-made)
  • 300 g fresh raspberries
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • ice wafer
  • 4 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • ice wafer (ready-made)

Instructions

    Poach the peaches, cool them, peel, halve and remove pits.

    Rinse the raspberries and blend with powdered sugar, then strain through a sieve. Arrange two vanilla ice cream balls with peach halves in glass bowls, drizzle some raspberry sauce over them. Sprinkle pistachios on top and serve immediately. Offer ice wafers as desired.
