Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 200 g mascarpone
- 0.5 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp rose water

Wash and clean the raspberries, set aside four for garnish, and puree the rest with lemon juice and one tablespoon of powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the mascarpone with the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, then fold in the whipped cream.

Crush the ladyfingers roughly, spread a third over four dessert glasses, and drizzle with some rose water. Spoon raspberry purée on top, followed by a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat this layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with mascarpone cream. Garnish each serving with one fresh raspberry.
