Ingredients

  • 50 g frisée lettuce
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 200 g mini mozzarella balls
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp mild olive oil
  • basil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, dry and tear the frisée. Rinse the raspberries.

    Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Halve the mini mozzarella balls.

  3. 3.

    Gently mix frisée, raspberries, pine nuts and mozzarella and divide into small glasses.

  4. 4.

    Drizzle with lemon juice, honey and olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
