Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed leafy greens (arugula, frisée and radicchio)
  • 2 bell pepper halves
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 100 g green olives (filled to taste)
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, dry and tear the leafy greens into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, trim and slice into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella well and cube it. Combine all prepared salad ingredients with the olives in a bowl.

    For the dressing whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, 1–2 tbsp water and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle over the salad and serve.
