Ingredients
- 350 g Raspberries
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 1 Egg white
- 4 small meringues
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Blend the raspberries and strain about 250 g through a fine sieve. Mix the raspberry pulp with powdered sugar, orange juice, vanilla sugar, and quark until creamy. Whip the cream and egg white separately to stiff peaks and fold both into the cream.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining raspberries and crumbled meringues. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
