Raspberry Oatmeal Dessert with Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries (fresh)
  • 250 ml whipping cream (well chilled)
  • 4 tbsp oatmeal flakes
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 15 ml whisky

Instructions

  1. 1.

    1) Prepare ingredients: lightly toast the oatmeal in a pan over low heat while stirring, add 1 tbsp honey, mix well, then let cool. Mix honey and whisky together.

    2) Make the cream: whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form in a bowl, fold in the honey-whisky mixture and 3 tbsp toasted oatmeal flakes.

    3) Finish: wash, rinse, dry raspberries, gently fold them into the oat-cream mixture, divide into bowls and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    4) Garnish and serve: top with roasted oatmeal flakes before serving.
