Ingredients

  • 1 kg raspberries
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 l 96% alcohol
  • 900 g white cane sugar

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and lightly slit the vanilla bean. Place the cane sugar, vanilla bean, and raspberries in a wide-mouth, sealable carafe. Pour the pure alcohol over the fruit.

    Place the carafe in a dark, cool spot and shake regularly. Serve the liqueur only after the cane sugar has fully dissolved (about 6-8 months).
