Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries, pat dry and cut in half according to size. Peel the mangoes, separate the flesh from the pit into strips and finely dice. Squeeze the lemon and mix everything well with the gelatin sugar. Let it stand for about 30 minutes until some juice forms.

    Using a hand mixer, lightly break up the fruit mixture. Peel and grate the ginger finely and add to the fruit mixture. Transfer everything to a pot and simmer for 1 minute. Immediately pour the hot jam into jars with twist-off lids and seal tightly.
