Ingredients

  • 1 kg raspberries
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 kg fruit jelly sugar

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and combine them with lemon juice and zest in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Add the fruit jelly sugar, simmer for 1 minute while gently bubbling, then carefully pour into prepared jars and seal immediately.
