Ingredients

  • 750 g strawberries
  • 250 g kiwis
  • 1 kg gelatine sugar
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1 EL pepper
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

    Wash, clean, and finely chop the strawberries. Peel and finely chop the kiwis.

    In a large pot combine strawberries, kiwis, lemon juice, sugar, split vanilla pod, and pepper; bring to a boil and simmer as directed on the package. Remove from heat, discard the vanilla pod, and pour the hot jam into prepared clean jars. Seal airtight.
