Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 250 g gelatine sugar
  • lemon balm leaf

Instructions

    Wash, deseed, clean and drain the strawberries. Blend the berries with the lemon juice and gelatine sugar in a blender on high speed for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.

    Finely chop the lemon balm and stir it into the jam. Fill the jam into hot-washed jars and seal them. It keeps for about 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
