Ingredients
- 1 kg raspberries
- 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 500 g invert sugar (2:1)
- 1 vanilla pod (the bean)

Preheat the oven to 250°C.

Rinse the raspberries and mix them with lemon juice, zest, and vanilla bean. Stir in the sugar well and distribute everything into prepared canning jars. Seal the jars tightly and place them in a skillet. Pour boiling water over the jars and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
