  • 1 kg raspberries
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 kg pectin sugar

Instructions

    Wash the raspberries and mix them with lemon juice and zest, then transfer to a pot and bring to a boil.

    Add the pectin sugar and simmer for 1 minute while bubbling; carefully pour into prepared jars and seal immediately.
