Raspberry Chia Seed Yogurt

Ingredients
- 60 g chia seeds (4 tbsp)
- 400 ml milk (3.5% fat) or plant-based drink (e.g., almond or soy drink)
- 500 g raspberries
- 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 10 g walnut kernels
- 3 dried dates
- 15 g quinoa flakes (1 tbsp)
- 10 g ground flaxseeds (1 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions

Thoroughly whisk chia seeds with the milk and cover; let them soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, gently wash and pat dry the raspberries. Mash finely with a fork and stir into the chia mixture. Divide into four small sealable jars and spoon yogurt on top.

Finely chop walnuts and dates, then mix with quinoa flakes, flaxseeds, and maple syrup. Distribute this topping over the four jars as well.
