Raspberries with Vanilla Cream

Spoonsparrow’s raspberries with vanilla cream is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • 600 g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Instructions

    Gently wash the raspberries and let them drain well.

  2. 2.

    Blend half the berries with lemon juice and strain through a fine sieve.

  3. 3.

    Split the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

    Spread the raspberry puree into four bowls. Top with remaining raspberries and garnish each with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream.
