Raita with pomegranate from Spoonsparrow: the fruity sauce that pairs perfectly with spicy dishes.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds (30 g)

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and grate the cucumber coarsely. Wash the mint, shake dry, chop, and set aside some for garnish. Peel and mince the garlic.

    Mix yogurt with grated cucumber, mint, and garlic; season with salt, pepper, and coriander. Transfer raita to a bowl and top with reserved mint and pomegranate seeds.
