Ingredients
- 2 bunch radishes
- 300 g cream cheese
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., chives, parsley)
- 100 ml whipping cream
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the radishes, leaving about 1 cm of green on each. Pat dry and cut in half. Using a Parisienne cutter, remove a small ball from each half.

In a bowl combine the cream cheese, herbs, and crème fraîche; fold in whipped cream until stiff. Season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too soft, add more cream cheese. Pipe the filling onto the radish halves using a pastry bag. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
