Radish Smoothie

Spicy buttermilk smoothie with a fresh effect from ice cubes. The heat of radishes and garden cress stimulates metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 small lemon
  • 0.25 box garden cress
  • 0.5 bunch radishes
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • liquid sweetener (optional)
  • Also: ice cubes

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemon and measure out 1 Tbsp of juice. Cut the cress from the bed.

    Wash, trim, and roughly chop the radishes.

  3. 3.

    Blend lemon juice, radishes, buttermilk, paprika powder, and salt in a stand mixer or with an immersion blender until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if desired. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and garnish with cress.
