Ingredients

  • 500 g radishes (2 bunches)
  • 2 small red onions
  • 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and shave the radishes into thin slices. Peel the onions and cut them into fine rings.

    Combine the radishes and onions with sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes, taste, then sprinkle with parsley leaves before serving in small bowls.
