Ingredients

  • 250 g corn (canned)
  • 350 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 200 g spinach
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 red chili pepper (optional)
  • Plant oil
  • 2 limes (juice)
  • pinch sugar

Instructions

    Drain the corn. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the spinach, drain it, then wilt in a pot over low heat until softened; remove and finely chop. Rinse the chilies, halve them, deseed, and finely mince. Cut the tomatoes in half.

    Combine corn, spinach, onion, tomatoes, and chili with salt, pepper, sugar, 2 tbsp oil, and lime juice. This salad pairs well with grilled meat.
