Ingredients
- 12 radicchio leaves
- 240 g goat cream cheese (4 portions)
- 1 Pomegranate
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch mint
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- Sea salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Wash, trim, and pat radicchio dry; arrange on plates.

Halve the pomegranate and separate seeds.

Zest the orange and squeeze its juice. Mix zest, juice, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, and olive oil together. Season with sea salt and pepper.

Place goat cheese on the radicchio, scatter chopped mint and basil leaves over it, drizzle dressing on top, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds before serving.
