Quinoa yogurt parfait can be quickly and easily made at home as a clean eating recipe from Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 100 g quinoa (cooked the day before)
- 250 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp rice syrup (or maple syrup)
- 4 tbsp almond yogurt
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
Instructions

Let the raspberries thaw for the quinoa yogurt parfait and gently mash them with a fork. Add one tablespoon of rice syrup.

In a bowl, layer alternately with almond yogurt, raspberries, and quinoa.

Sprinkle the remaining berries and cacao nibs over the top of the parfait.
