Ingredients

  • 250 g quinoa
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 400 g Green Beans
  • 50 g hazelnut kernels
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Sprinkle the quinoa with the curry and add to plenty of boiling salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and trim the beans. Add them to the quinoa and cook together for about 8 more minutes.

    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Drain the quinoa and beans well. Mix in the hazelnuts, chives, vinegar, and oil, then season with salt and pepper.

    Serve warm or cooled.
