Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • Salt
  • 6 Radishes
  • 0.25 bunch chives
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Peel and clean the carrot, cut into very small cubes, and blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain well. Wash, clean the radishes and also cut them into very small cubes.

    Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into fine ribbons. Mix the quark with crème fraîche and yogurt, fold in the vegetables and chives, season with salt and pepper. Serve arranged in glasses.
