Ingredients
- 50 g Chia seeds
- 300 ml Almond drink (Almond milk)
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Banana
- 2 pinches vanilla powder
- 1 handful Dried Goji berries
- 1 heaped tbsp Cacao nibs
Instructions

Combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, peeled banana, and vanilla in a bowl. Let soak for at least 40 minutes (or overnight).

Blend everything with an immersion blender into a smooth cream, adding more almond milk as needed.

Fill into a bowl or dessert glass and serve garnished with goji berries and cacao nibs.
