Ingredients

  • 600 g quince
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., oregano or thyme)
  • 50 ml Apple Juice
  • 50 ml heavy cream

Instructions

    Wash the quinces and simmer in water for about 50 minutes until soft. Drain, peel, halve, remove the core, and roughly cube the flesh. Combine with honey, herbs, juice, and cream in a blender and puree finely.

    Serve with corn bread as desired.
