Ingredients
- 1 bundle arugula
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 250 g soft butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash, trim, rinse the arugula, dry it thoroughly and remove any tough stems if necessary.

Finely chop the arugula with a large knife and mix well with the soft butter, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Shape the mixture into a roll, wrap in foil, refrigerate. Slice into thick pieces when serving.
