Ingredients
- 400 g wheat whole‑grain flour
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 g low‑fat quark
- 1 egg
- 100 ml Buttermilk
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions

Mix the wheat whole‑grain flour and buckwheat flour with the baking powder and salt. Add honey, quark, egg, buttermilk and olive oil, then knead into a smooth dough using the mixer’s dough hooks. If needed, fold in a little more flour or buttermilk.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, place on a parchment‑lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (fan 180 °C; gas level 3) for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.
