Quick strawberry jam from Spoonsparrow comes without added sugar and is always well received!

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 0.5 Organic lemon
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and quarter the strawberries. Place them in a tall container.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the lemon hot and dry it. Grate the zest, squeeze out the juice, and add to the strawberries with the maple syrup.

  3. 3.

    Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the vanilla seeds to the strawberries. Blend with an immersion blender until a creamy mixture forms.

    Fill the 5‑minute jam into a screw cap jar and refrigerate. The jam keeps for 2–3 days in the fridge.
