Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (ca. 300 g)
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 3 tbsp fine oatmeal flakes
  • 3 tbsp quark (20% fat)
  • 300 ml oat drink (oat milk)
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder

Instructions

    Peel the bananas and cut each into four pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts. Set aside 1 tsp of oatmeal flakes.

    Add the quark, remaining oatmeal flakes, oat drink, and vanilla to a stand mixer. Blend with the bananas and walnuts for about 1-2 minutes until a thick creamy consistency forms.

    Pour the Breakfast Smoothie into two glasses, sprinkle with the remaining oatmeal flakes, and enjoy.
