  • 1 kg schupfnudel (from the fridge shelf)
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 500 g Swiss chard leaves (cut into strips and stems diced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Pan-fry portions of schupfnudeln in clarified butter over medium heat, turning gently until golden brown, then remove. Sauté onion and Swiss chard in butter. Add the chard leaves and cover; steam for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fold in the cooked schupfnudeln.
