Ingredients
- 500 g white cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 fresh peppercorn
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 200 g mung bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.5 tsp grated lemon zest
- 3 tbsp oil

Clean and wash cabbage and bell pepper, then slice into strips. Cut pineapple into pieces. Chop peppercorn and lemongrass stalk. Whisk together soy sauce, sherry, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.

Toast coconut flakes and sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden yellow, then mix with lemon zest.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry cabbage strips and bell pepper until just tender. Add pineapple, peppercorn, lemongrass, and mung bean sprouts; pour in sauce mixture and stir well. Sprinkle with coconut-sesame blend before serving.
