Ingredients
- 50 g wild garlic (1 handful)
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 eggs
- 5 g Butter (1 tsp)
- 1 tomato
Instructions

Wash the wild garlic, shake dry and cut into strips.

Whisk the quark with milk, wild garlic, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp water, season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Cook covered over medium heat until the surface of the omelette is slightly set. Fold it together and cook for a few more minutes. Meanwhile wash, clean and quarter the tomato.

Split the omelette in half, place on two plates and serve with wild garlic quark. Garnish with tomatoes and enjoy immediately.
