Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chives rolls
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp quark
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 20 g cheddar (grated)
- basil (for garnish)

Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with quark, chives, salt and pepper. Fold in the whites until just set. Pour the mixture into a oven‑proof skillet with hot butter and let it set briefly. Flip one side using a spatula, sprinkle cheese on top, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese melts.
